Excellent Customer Service

I bought the clamp and a tree arm. When I received and opened my package. I noticed the plastic go pro clip for the arm was shredded. I contacted Fourth Arrow with photos and they not only replaced the clip but sent me a whole new mount. And only took 5 business days.

As I have prior experience working in a plastic factory. I knew how easily it was for something like this to overlooked in the factory.
